Even though I didn't succeed in entering the University I wanted, I am sure that As-Syafi'iyah University was the best decision that God gave me. [RN]

Effect: Getting sunburned after spending time outdoors.
Explanation: Sunscreen acts as a protective barrier againts harmful UV rays from the sun. Without sunscreen, the skin is directly exposed to these UV rays. Long-term exposure to UV rays without protection can increase the risk of skin cancer and premature aging. [RN]

Study tips: Please sleep properly. Even though you feel like there is not enough time left for learning all your stuff but it is very important to sleep properly. This helps you not only to be more productive the next day but also to remember more of the things you've already learned. [RN] If you want to practice or improve your English skill but in a more fun way so you don't get bored quickly, you should try watching Hollywood TV shows. I have several recommendations for TV shows such as Modern Family, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, or Gilmore Girls. [RN] SWITCH IT UP 🔁 Use different studying techniques to keep yourself interested.
