Study tips: Please sleep properly. Even though you feel like there is not enough time left for learning all your stuff but it is very important to sleep properly. This helps you not only to be more productive the next day but also to remember more of the things you've already learned. [RN]

If you want to practice or improve your English skill but in a more fun way so you don't get bored quickly, you should try watching Hollywood TV shows. I have several recommendations for TV shows such as Modern Family, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, or Gilmore Girls. [RN]

SWITCH IT UP 🔁

Use different studying techniques to keep yourself interested. Read, watch videos, reviews test, or find a study buddy to quiz and have them quiz you. Goodluck🎀. [RN]

Put your phone on Airplane or focus mode. Notify you are expecting to contact you that will off-screen for a period time. Turn off the TV. Turn on non distracting instrumental music if you need background noise. [RN]
