Hi folks! Weekends like this can sometimes feel a bit boring, right? Well, let's spice things up a bit! How about making a simple spaghetti bolognese together? I'll guide you through the process. Here's how:

 Ingredients:
- 250 grams spaghetti
- 250 grams ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce or chili paste (optional, for some heat)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Grated parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

1. Cooking the Spaghetti:
   - Boil a pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

2. Making the Bolognese Sauce:
   - Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they become fragrant and translucent.
   - Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until it's browned and no longer pink.
   - Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili sauce (if using), salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well to combine.
   - Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the sauce to thicken.

3. Bringing It All Together:
   - Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until the spaghetti is well coated with the sauce.
   - Serve the spaghetti bolognese hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese if desired.

There you go! A simple yet delicious spaghetti bolognese ready to enjoy together. Let's dig in and drive away those weekend blues!
