How important consciousness

Consciousness is a gift given to us by God, attached to both the body and soul. It grants us the ability to engage in all life processes, such as moving, thinking, and feeling.

Awareness also fortifies our mental walls. The role of the mind is vital in our lives; the tougher and stronger we are mentally, the easier it becomes to navigate everything that happens in our lives, both internally and externally. For example, consider two people who receive gunshot wounds to the stomach: one is a civilian, and the other is a soldier. The civilian, unable to endure the pain before help arrives, ultimately dies. The soldier, on the other hand, has been consciously trained to be tough, strong, and resilient, and is able to survive the gunshot wound until help arrives. This example illustrates that awareness can be gradually trained.

Awareness can be trained, honed, and sharpened in three ways: through repetition, suggestion, and action. Over time, the results will become evident. The more frequently our consciousness is trained, the more extraordinary we will become in every aspect of our soul and body.

Our body will become more resistant to changes and conditions, our soul and mentality will become increasingly bold in every situation, and our mind and heart will become wiser in interpreting everything that happens, both internally and externally.

Eventually, we will be able to adapt to and become accustomed to all conditions and situations in life. When we reach this stage, everything will feel easier to overcome, even if it seems very difficult to others.
